What is a PMA?

A Private Membership Association is men and women collectively asserting and standing upon their secured perfect rights to assemble and associate; their reserved authority; their pre-existing claim to absolute authority and control over the health of their own body, mind, spirit, and rights.

Why a PMA?

Rising Phoenix Collective was created as the result of a spiritual quest to discover and share holistic healing and interaction with members.

Operating as a Private Members-only PMA is a legal entity that allows Rising Phoenix Collective a pathway to protect its members’ 1st, 4th, 5th, and 14th Amendment rights to privacy, freedom from unreasonable search and seizure, and freedom of speech as it relates to their healthcare choices, natural products, and services.

Is Membership required to book a session or a package?

Rising Phoenix Energy Enhancement Center is operated by Rising Phoenix Collective PMA and as such, you must be a member to participate. Membership is voluntary. Member sign up must be submitted prior to receiving services at Rising Phoenix Energy Enhancement Center.

New members are always welcome.
